Piqué Coverlets

Piqués fabrics add subtle interest and texture to a coverlet and are typically easy to use and care for. The waffle-like construction also breathes well. Since it is simply a form of fabric construction, pique coverlets are found in a variety of fiber contents, including cotton, linen, bamboo, tencel, polyester and blended fabrics.

Piqués coverlets are useful in any season; use them to keep cool in the summer, then layer them with comforters or blankets when the weather gets chilly. Although pique weave, in general, is considered durable, the fibers used and tightness of the construction contribute to the extent of durability. That tighter weaving construction adds features such as snag resistance to a coverlet. Fibers carefully selected by Bay Zara Tekstil are highly resistant to fading and shrinking.

Piqués may be constructed in various patterns such as cord, waffle, honeycomb, birdseye and jacquard piqués.

Bedside Mats (also know as Turndown Mats)

Bedside mats (aka turndown mats) are used generally by hotels, optionally also at home.
